What counts as blood?

Okay, so I know that the "red juice" that oozes out of red meat is not blood, which is myoglobin. Where do we find blood then? What properties differentiate between the myoglobin and blood?

Blood is composed of red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, and plasma.

Explanation:

Blood is found in blood vessels - veins, venules, capillaries, arterioles, and arteries. Blood cells are produced in the bone marrow.

Myoglobin is found in muscle tissue. It is similar in function to hemoglobin, however, hemoglobin is found in red blood cells and therefore in the circulation of blood in the body.
