So we know that the mass of 10 packets of sugar is 6h kg. But we need to find how much sugar is in per packet of sugar for 1. So let divide the mass by the packets of sugar like this:

So if we multiply it by 10 (the number of packets of sugar), we get a full number which is 6.

So let multiply 45 packets of sugar by 0.6 like this:

Another method we could of done it was to see how many 10's there are in 45 which is 4 so we multiply that by 6 (#4*6=24#) which gives us the mass of 40 packets of sugar which is 24h kg.

So to figure out the remaining number, we go back doing the same thing, dividing 6 by 10 which gives us 0.6 then multiply 0.6 by 5 which gives us 3. So we add 3 and 24 together which gives us the same answer of 27h kg.
