Explanation:

We know that area of Rectangle = Length x Breadth.
So we have to factorize the given area.

We have,
#x^2 - 5x + 4#
i.e. #x^2 -4x -x +4#
Or, #x(x-4) -1(x-4)#
Or, #(x-1)(x-4)#

#:.# We now have Area as a factor of two quantities.
So we can take any of these as Length or Breadth.
Hence the answer.
