Slope is rise over run. If you have a slope of 10/5105 your line will rise 10 units and run rightwards 5. If you are given a whole number slope just put it over 1(eg. slope of 44 = 4/141). If the slope is negative it will work the same way, except your line will descend instead of rising. A slope of -5/3 will go downwards 5 units then rightward 3.
