Explanation:

Because we are just looking at students that dislike watching TV, we can ignore everyone else for the purposes of this problem.

30 students dislike watching TV, 10 of those like reading and 20 do not.

We can set these up as fractions:

(10 " like reading")/(30 " total") = 1/3

(20 " do not like reading")/(30 " total") = 2/3

So, if you have a student that does not like watching TV, there is a 2/3 chance that that student will not like reading either.
