work done on a gas turbine engine is depend upon the inlet and out let temperature of gas.
Explanation:
When ambient temperature is high the work done is reduced affecting engine performance..Pilot will,have to,open more throttle for take off. I am not connected with aviation-It is only general,knowledge.
