Torque depend on vecr and vecF.

Explanation:

Torque equals the vector cross product
"Torque" = vecr × vecF
= r*F*sin theta

r = distance of point from axis about which we want to calculate
the torque.
F = force
theta = the angle between vecr and vecF
Torque only depend on these three things. However, we usually have cases where theta = 90^@, so theta is often ignored.
