It took #3xx5=15# man-hours to build the first wall.

The new wall is twice as high, so it will take #2xx15=30# man-hours. If this is done by 5 men, this will take #30div5=6# hours.

Note:
"Man" and "men" to be read as "people", but the term "person-hours" sounds a bit funny.
