Only A and D change the range and so the range isn't changed as there is no vertical translation or stretch. So it retains the normal range of between 1 and -1. The minus at the beginning merely inverts it along the x axis

For the domain only the parts B and C can effect it we can see that the B is 0.25 so this is quadrupling the period but as the domain was (,) From negative infinity to postive there is no change in the domain.
