Any anion (negatively charged) in the 7th period (row) of the periodic table. The last row of the periodic table contains elements that have 7 electron shells. This is the most of any ion that can be formed from the periodic table of the elements.

The reason that certain cations wouldn't work is, for example, #"Fr"^+#. Technically, the #"Fr"# atom would have 7 electron shells with electrons in it, but #"Fr"^+# would have only 6 electron shells which are filled (since it would have the electron configuration of #"Rn"#, which is a period 6 element (with #6"p"^6# ending electron configuration)).

To answer your question, #"Fr"^-# would work just fine.
