It is to be noted that vaccine preparation is aimed against those diseases which are contagious in nature so people are at high risk for epidemics,but malaria doesn't spread from man to man directly,so just by preventing the mosquito to bite,this disease can be prevented.
Moreover, prophylactic antibiotic treatment against malaria is found to be beneficial wherever required.
Drugs used for prophylaxis against malaria are, Mefloquine and Doxycycline.
