Use PEMDAS to go in order to solve you r problem...
There is no Parenthesis
There is no Exponenents
There IS Multiplication
so then,
#-1*1%=-0.01#
which equals now,
#2+5-0.01*3#
then -0.01*3 which equals -0.03
input it in the question...
#2+5-0.03#
Then do simple Addition then Subtraction and you should get:
#4+5-1*8/8%*3=6.97#

1% of 3 = 0.03
