I don't think it is made in any other organ.
Explanation:
Since stomach has a very acidic nature, pepsin tends to work and survive best in low pH without getting denatured.
Other parts of our body are usually neutral in pH, so pepsin will not likely be produced there.
Most sources also mention that pepsin is just produced by chief cells in the stomach.
