$0/0 = 2/2$ is not an equal proportion this is incorrect

I assume you want to tell me $2 * 0 = 0/0$ is that so?

Start from the (false) premise that any number divided by itself is $1$ .

Then $0/0 = 1$

So:

$0/0 = (0+0)/0 = 0/0 + 0/0 = 1+1 = 2$

Is that what you had in mind?
