$c > - 15$ $c> -15$

Subtract 2 from both sides:

$- 13 - 2 < c + 2 - 2$ $-13-2<c+2-2$

$- 15 < c$ $-15<"c"$ (remember a negative minus a negative gets more negative)

This is fine as an answer but convention states that the unknown term goes on the left, so you could write $c > - 15$ $c> -15$
