If one is going down and the other is also going down = positive

Question 15 is slightly confusing because you are dealing with variables like rank where being ranked with the lowest number is considered the best (1st is better than 7th). Just ignore that and look at the numbers. The smaller the rank, the smaller the finish and similarly the larger the rank, the larger the finish.
