Ella ate more.

Explanation:

Let's say that a small popcorn equals 1, and a medium popcorn equals 2. If you were to find 3/4of those numbers, you would find that Ella ate 3/2 and Presley only ate 3/4. Obviously Presley ate more. This logic can be generalized. If you are finding the same fraction of 2 different numbers, the greater one will always have a greater amount (i.e. If Presley ate a large popcorn, he would have eaten more).
