Not every cell is replaced so never i guess
Explanation:
OK so http://askanaturalist.com/do-we-replace-our-cells-every-7-or-10-years/ has more in depth stuff on this and that's kinda where i'm basing my answer but ok let's do this guys. Different tissues replace cells at different rates. Normal tissue is about every 7 years, bones are around every 10 years, but cells in the brain are NEVER replaced. So all of those cells are the same since the moment you were born. Even the ones that die aren't replaced( which is why everyone makes a big deal about not doing stuff to kill off brain cells, because they can't be replaced and if you run out you kinda go vegetative).
