Graph each and shade above the parabola both times so you are getting y's greater than. Solid curve, since there is an equals sign.

See where the two regions intersect. Shading one vertical and one horizontal is helpful. The first one is upside down so the shading is like rain on an umbrella, vertex at (0,3). The other one- use a graphing calculator to graph or if by hand, you will need the QF since 2 and 2 and 4 and 1 don't add up to 2. Or complete the square if you want. This will be right-side up with shading inside the bowl, if you will.
