There are many ways of differentiating the DNA of two individuals. The above answer is correct . But I give you some more options.

RFLP (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism): This is a technique that makes use of the varying lengths of the DNA fragments.
Here two different organisms' DNA samples are taken and treated with restriction enzymes.. then these are marked using selectable markers.
Then these are observed. The length varies in two different individuals as the individuals possess restriction sites at different places in their genomes.
