Displace people from sea level rise, kill people from heat and extreme weather and damage human infrastructure.

Explanation:

Rising sea levels will displace 100's of millions of people living in coastal communities. Small islands in the Pacific Ocean are most vulnerable and some people are losing their homes right now.

Wild weather is also becoming more frequent around the world. Heat waves are becoming more intense and killing many people and this will only get worse over time. Extreme rainfall and flooding displaces people and kills some. Agricultural food production will also decline if average temperatures exceed 2C above pre-industrial levels.
