Ice cubes, tap water, steam.

Explanation:

Ice - x < 0 degree celsius
Liquid - x > 0 degree celsius
Gas - x > 100 degree celsius

So, if water is in an environment that is 0 celsius or below then it becomes solid (ice).

If water is kept in a room temperature or above 0 celsius, then it stays in a liquid state.

If water is boiled, the steam that is coming out of a kettle or a cooking pot is in a gaseous state.
