I assume you want to find the shaded area, I shall proceed;

As you can see we have an isosceles triangle circumscribed in a circle .

So we get our radius to be 8 cm

Now we can find the area of the circle

# = pir^2 = 22/7 * 64 approx 201 cm^2#

I am assuming the base is the diameter

#base = 2r = 16#

#H= r#

#area of triangle = 1/2bh = 1/2 8 * 16 = 64 cm^2#

Hence area of shaded region #= 201 - 64 = 137 cm^2#
