It doesn't exist.

Explanation:

Your plane needs to have one constant parameter. Here, xx should be constant. Think about RR^2 : a line parallel to the y axis has the form x = a so in RR^3 a plane parallel to the y axis has the form {x = a, y in RR, z in RR}.

So such a plan doesn't exist.
