During the light dependent reaction a water molecule goes into photolysis where and oxygen molecule evolves. The hydrogen proton that is left goes to the light independent reaction. It cannot be represented by an equation by itself as the reaction is not finished yet and the two sides of the "equation" do not have the same number of atoms and electrons on both sides to be called an equation.
