Because if this is your molecule, VSEPR won't be able to properly tell you the geometry due to many issues (such as steric hindrance).
The VSEPR theory is recommended for simple molecules. Not something as complicated as this one.
But anyway, I guess you can check this link as a guide. Again, only use this guide for SIMPLE chemical formulas.
