You do this by ratios.

Calcium oxide #CaO# has a molecular mass of:
#40(Ca)+16(O)=56# of which #40# is #Ca#

So the #14 g# of calcium oxide contains:

#14.0/56=(m_(Ca))/40->m_(Ca)=(40*14)/56=10g# of calcium.

On a total of #50.0g# of bone

This is #10/50xx100%=20%#
