As temperature goes up, the rate of evaporation will increase.
The vapor pressure of liquids changes as a function of temperature. The higher the temperature, the more the vapor pressure will go up.
You can think of vapor pressure being like a force which is trying to push particles in the liquid phase to move into the gas phase.
So, by increasing the temp, you increase the vapor pressure of the ethyl alcohol, which makes it easier for the alcohol molecules to transition into the gas phase.
